I have lost my registration certificate or registration card, what should I do now?

You file a complaint with the police for theft or loss of the registration certificate.
If the insurance is part of the contract, you must provide us with the original certificate. We will then arrange for the vehicle to be re-registered. An administration fee of € 30 is due.
If you opt to insure the vehicle elsewhere, your broker will take care of the re-registration of the vehicle. If the “home” hatch is in our possession, you can obtain it on request.
